This was sent to me from someone with customer support at at&t. I know that sounds legitimate but trust me I have a pretty good instinct and everything was weird with this whole process. Plus I looked up beginning of this and someone with AT&t posted about their social security number being listed as a password. I don't know. I just want to check it out
