# Reporting and warning-review route method This original compilation records 20 official entrypoints: three browser-warning review routes, four email-provider routes, four registrar routes, five host/platform routes and four anti-phishing routes. They are not 20 independent warning authorities: Mozilla’s phishing-list removal guidance directs owners to Google. The shared authority is explicit in both rows. The checked date is 24 October 2026; exact UTC requests are recorded in `source-ledger.json`. Pages were opened read-only. No suspicious destination was visited, no message was sent, no account was created, and no report or appeal was submitted. Official provider addresses are organizational contact details, not personal information. A published form link is not proof its submission workflow was exercised. ## Extraction Each row separates purpose, entrypoint, reporter/account requirements, requested information, disclosed sharing, follow-up, stated timing and limits. Unknown means the selected guidance did not establish the field. General advice was not used to invent a response deadline, confidentiality promise or success rate. Acknowledgement timing is not resolution timing. No target was visited to obtain screenshots, logs or additional evidence. Provider guidance was preferred to third-party directories. Direct-response failures and usable web-text fallbacks are kept distinct. Mozilla’s direct response was a client challenge but official article text was retrievable through web search. Netcraft’s current reporting page exposed a JavaScript-error message and an official forwarding address; its current official guidance separately corroborated the public report route. No cached form fields were presented as freshly inspected. DigitalOcean’s exposed form was limited, and its unknown fields remain visible. ## Interpretation A warning appeal, a mailbox phishing report and an infrastructure abuse report have different purposes. Registrar, DNS/CDN and origin host are not assumed to be the same organization. Browser review does not guarantee content removal; a provider’s content action does not guarantee every warning changes. Rows are navigation aids, not recommendations to contact every organization or evidence that a reported site is safe. ## Publication The original compilation and summaries are CC BY 4.0. No raw provider pages or forms are redistributed. `index.json` is canonical; `index.csv` is authored separately. Hashes cover the published data files, with the CSV added during package assembly. The dataset contains no submitted user URLs, local paths or device identifiers. Browser testing of any local viewer is recorded separately and does not validate provider submission workflows.
