# Bundled Public Suffix List

This is a pinned MPL-2.0 input to the local inspector, not an original observation dataset. The source URL, version, commit and hashes are in source-ledger.json. Non-licence comments other than section markers were removed; rule text and order are unchanged. The tool embeds the rules and never downloads updates at runtime. Both ICANN and private rules apply. A boundary is not ownership or reputation evidence.
